This along with the integration to the technician application helps enable technicians and dispatchers to have a timely and accurate form of communication and presentation of data.  The app provides a fast organizational tool for the technicians to view previous order histories in addition to decrease the waiting time for the customers.




Additionally, recognizing the current market’s need for another platform for customer service, a customer application is also being developed to assist customers in not only acquiring a maintenance service but also being able to keep track of their request, offering feedback on service, online payment and a reward system for app use.
